He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Franklin Teel and Marianne Teel (Signorelli); and his brothers, Terry Teel and Mike Teel. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Teel of Evansdale; his children, Douglas Teel (Brenda) of Anthem, AZ, Don Teel (Lynn) of Holland, MI, Lisa Lann (James Harper) of Des Moines, IA and Kris Ham (Chad) of Hudson, IA; his grandchildren, Benjamin Teel, Alexis Teel, Sophia Teel, Norah Teel, Connor Ham and Caleb Ham; and his siblings, Bob Teel of California, Tim Teel of New Mexico, Polly Kmetz (Larry) of Idaho and Cris McMann (John) of California.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (650 Stephan Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
