He is survived by: his children, Mike Higuera of Evansdale, Ronnie Higuera of Carlsbad, Lance Higuera (Trista) and Marina Drilling (Jacob) of Evansdale; and his siblings, Freddy Higuera, Billy Higuera, Elvira "Marty" Mead and Francis Higuera. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
