He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Leadley and Anna Petrie Leadley; his spouses, Jeanete Hansen and Clarice "Charlie" Nelson; his sons, David Leadley and Randy Leadley; his stepchildren, Cindy Lou Nelson and Donny Nelson; and his brother Archie Leadley.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Leadley of Nixa, Mark Leadley (Laura) of Cedar Falls, Debra Erickson of Branson, Linda Leadley of Evansdale and Donna Jones (John) of Frederika; his stepson Steve Nelson (Cindy) of Waterloo; and his sister-in-law Lois Leadley of Manson. He is also survived by grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
