He is survived by: his spouse Nadine DeWater Stephens; and his stepchildren, Jarrell Stephens (Martha), Steven Stephens (Diane), Normal, John Stephens (Beth), Randy Richmond, Waterloo, Craig Richmond (Fran), Rick Richmond (Julie), Billings, Sherryl Jacobsen, Evansdale and Kimberly Hilbert (Jeff). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
