He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Abben and Iva E. Abben (Wickham); his daughter Joyce Huse (Bill); his great great grandchild Levi Huse; and his siblings, Beryl, Ivan, Ronald Abben and Betty J. Wubbena.
He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Judy Meinecke (Bill) of Fairbank, James Abben (Connie) and Janet Abben; his granddaughter Linda Leadley of Evansdale; and his brother Richard Abben of Corpus Christi, TX.. He is also survived by many grandchildren; many great grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren.
