He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Scoggin and Arlene Dawson Scoggin; and his siblings, Marie Ratute and Harold Scoggin. He is survived by: his wife Teressa King of Evansdale; his children, Troy Scoggin of Evansdale and Amanda Scoggin (David Strait) of Jesup; his grandchildren, Kyrie Poor, Chance Scoggin, Axl Poor, Conor Scoggin, Cali Scoggin, Archer Watson and Karver Strait; his siblings, Dan Scoggin (Sandy Walters) of Evansdale, Mark Scoggin (Kathy) of Waterloo, Sandy Schaefer of Waterloo, Carol Ritter (Bill) of Waterloo and Mary Oettle of Waterloo; his children, Curtis Ferch and Brook Ferch; and his grandchildren, Cash Ferch and Mason Ferch.
