She was predeceased by: her parents, John Niedermeyer and N. Mae Niedermeyer; and her husband Jerry. She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Barnes, Jr. of Evansdale and Matthew Barnes of Nashua; and her sister Charlotte Curry (Phil) of Cedar Falls. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with nieces and nephews.
