With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Oliver (Evansdale, Iowa), born in Mountain Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on April 26, 2023 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carolyn Oliver to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Gerhardt Thomas and Louise Thomas (Probst); her husband Robert Allen Oliver; her grandson Russell Ascoytia; and her siblings, John, Murvin and Darlene Sexton.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Ascoytia (Riley) of Lynnwood, WA, Daniel Oliver (Debbie) of New London, IA, Charline Fugate-Newman of Evansdale and Cheryl Roquet (Stephen) of Evansdale; and her siblings, Carl Thomas (Evelyn), Bruce Thomas (Sandy), Robert Thomas (Ann), Eva Rathburn, Karen Brue (Fred) and Muriel Galloway. She is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
