He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Teepe; his children, Lester Howard (Denise) of Waterloo and Sharlene Howard of Dumont; his grandchildren, Amanda Howard (Dontavious), Ashley Howard (Sarah), Dustin Blue (Elizabeth) and Josh Blue; his great grandchildren, Hayleigh Spencer, Jaxon Blue, Shyanne Blue, Kali Blue and Lincoln Howard; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Parker, John and Hailee; his brother Rick Howard of Hazelton; and his half-sister Diane Ager of Rock Falls, Illinois..
