She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kirby and Marie Kirby (Whitehead); and her husband Melvin O. Kleppe. She is survived by: her sister Charlotte Leslein of Jacksonville, FL; her children, Konnie Rindels (Allen) of Evansdale, Kevin Kleppe (Debra) of Waterloo, Scott Kleppe of Waterloo and Sally Goodenbour (Scott) of Cedar Falls; her grandchildren, Jeff Rindels of Berkeley, Jody Smith (Chuck) of Marion, Keegan Kleppe of Waterloo, Michael Goodenbour of Cedar Falls, Sara Goodenbour and Cedar Falls; her stepgranddaughter Nicole Larson (Aaron); and her great grandchildren, Garrett and Wyatt Smith. She is also survived by 5 nieces and 1 nephew.
