He is survived by: his wife Susan Higgins (Tindall); his children, Brad Higgins (Michelle), Sandra Jones (Stacey), Steven Higgins (Amanda) and Julie Higgins; his grandchildren, Kelvin, Maxx, Titan and Kaitlyn; his great grandchildren, Nash and Camdin; and his siblings, Mary Thelen, Carla Long (Mike), Tisha Scott, Shelley Harsin (Mark), Jerry Higgins (Linda) and Glenn Higgins (Pat). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
