He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Clara Belle Higinbotham Livingston; his wife Dorothy Mae Darneille; his son William Pearle Livingston; and his siblings, Harold, Estel, Vernie, Robert, Harvey, Wilbur Livingston, Mildred Rominger, Edna Smith, Opal Peek, Edith Hopkins, Elma Veatch, Ermal Blankenship, Deloris Elgin and LaVelle Howell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Livingston of Estherville, Iowa and Marie Egel of Estherville, Iowa; his grandchildren, Karissa Lucking (Keith) of Englewood and Cody Egel (LeeAnn) of Estherville; and his great grandchildren, Paislee, Arianna and Jaxson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial may be made in Wayne's name to the charity of the donor's choice.
