He is survived by: his parent Emil Edwin Peter; his siblings, Dallas and Carolyn Griffin; his son Timothy Virgil; his wife LaVaille of Wallingford; his children, Paul (Lynne) of Omaha, Ken, Sr. of Estherville, Lea Holste (Chuck) of Ludell, KS, Larry of Alliance, NE, Gloria Schukman (Mark) of Overland Park, KS, Phil (Lori) of Lincoln, NE, Joy Rustad (Mike) of Oskaloosa, IA, Carol Doster (Kenny) of Paris, Lisa Libeer of Great Bend, KS, David (Nicole) of Alliance, NE and Heidi Craghead (Steve) of Auburn, NH; and his siblings, Ella Nelson of Council Bluffs, IA, Mary Ann Fehl (Ken) of Racine, WI, Kathryn McKeighan of Omaha, NE, Milton (Joan) of Salem and Charles (Joan) of Edina, MN.. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Wallingford Lutheran Church.
