He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Umscheid and Dolores Umscheid (Schacherer); and his nephew Nathan Mart. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Moore; his children, Dyson and Dayna; his siblings, Cathy Beaver (Ron), Connie Mart (Dennis), Chuck Umscheid (Peggy), John Umscheid (Theresa) and Kelly Petersen (Jim); his father-in-law Duane Moore (Sandra); his brothers-in-law, Dan Moore (Denette) and Doran Moore (Angie); his sons, Chang Min, Chris Christensen, Christian Esselin, Jonas Hoffmann and Jarno Senger; and also Tracie Schnell (Brian). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
