We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2018, at the age of 84, Shirley Higley (Estherville, Iowa), born in Terril, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Charles Moyer and Nina Moyer (Stewart); her husband Robert of Estherville; her son Jeff Higley (Trudy) of Mackay, Idaho; her son-in-law Ken Henderson of Spirit Lake, Iowa; her sisters, Leona Winslow (Chester) and Lorraine Zelinsky; and her daughter Peg Henderson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
