She was predeceased by: her mother Sherry; and her brothers, Ron Fay and Jerry Fay. She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Joan Salzman (Fay); her husband Mike Salzman; her sisters, Judy Kramer (Larry) of Clear Lake, IA, Theresa Linn (Bob) of Sioux City, IA and Denise Leal (Pablo) of Estherville, IA; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Fay (Ron) of Wallingford, IA and Kris Fay (Jerry) of Wallingford, IA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to The Good Samaritan Society Jackson and Moments Hospice who provided Sherry with exceptional, loving care.
