She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Joy and Josephine Joy (Moneke); her nephew Michael Joy; and her sister-in-law Kay Joy. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan McKinnon of Spirit Lake and Stephanie Veldman (Terry) of Spirit Lake; her granddaughter Britni McKinnon; her daughters, Mackenzie Veldman, Kieja Jo Veldman and Josephine "Joie" Badding (Parker); her siblings, Gary Joy (Sharon), LeeAnn Gersmeyer (Paul) and Mary Jo Joy (Jamie Sonsini); and her former husband Jack Andeits of Patrick's Catholic Church.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery.
