Hackett III (Claudia) of Germantown, Mary Hackett Ernst (Bruce Gantz) of Marion and Dr. Nancy Ann Hackett of St. Paul, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Annastacia Hackett of Colorado Springs, Stephanie Hackett of New York City, Emily Ernst (Woody Leel) of Dallas and Amanda Ernst (Lincoln Hackert) of Marion, Iowa; and her great grandchild George D. Hackett of New York City.
