He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Higley and Bernice Higley (Carson); his wife Shirley Moyer; his daughter Peg Henderson; and his siblings, Darrel "Dean" Higley and Thelma "Eileen" Woodyard.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Higley (Trudy) of Mackay, Idaho; his son-in-law Ken Henderson of Spirit Lake, Iowa; and his brother Leonard Higley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
