He is survived by: his parents, John Jacobsen and Francine Jacobsen (Dahna); his siblings, Christine Carlile of Estherville, IA, Robin Jacobsen of Liberal, KS, Donell Weatherby of Forgan, OK, Lorie Jacobsen of Fairmont, MN and Leslie Jacobsen of Winter Haven, FL.; his daughters, Stacey Scoville (Jon) of Indio, CA and Tamara Overby (Shane) of Beaumont, CA.; his aunt Gloria Busch (Dennis) of Ringsted, IA; his wife Diane; and his sister Jackie Ferguson.
