We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Opal Kolpin (Estherville, Iowa), born in Spirit Lake, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Banning and Nancy A. Banning (Francis); her husband Leland; and her siblings, Frank Banning, George Banning and Leah Peters.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Niles (Larry) of Estherville and Molly Gommels (Richard) of Rochester, Minnesota; her granddaughters, Michelle, Sarah and Lesley; and her great grandchildren, Kyle, Paige, Kayla and Franky.
In lieu of flowers, family prefers donations to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Avera Holy Family Hospital and Estherville Good Samaritan Memory Care Unit.
