He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Maclay and Elinor Maclay (Harris); and his nephew Tim Gallardo. He is survived by: his wife Kay Strube of Estherville; his stepchildren, Jill Crump, Bruce Crump (Janice McLean) and Gail Stewart; his grandchildren, Seth Stewart, Andra Stewart and Tayida Stewart; his brother Harris Maclay (Jean); his nephew Kevin Maclay; his sister Liana Mosis; and his niece Gina Barker.
