He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Triggs and Viola Triggs (Winter); his daughter Tina Triggs; his siblings, Arlene Muir and Steven Triggs; and his granddaughter Stephanie Triggs.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Triggs; his sons, Jason Triggs (Amber), Daniel Triggs (Connie) and Jose Lopez; and his sister Carolyn Ellis. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
