He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hood (Truelsen) of Estherville, IA; his children, Timothy Smirniotis (Erin) of Fernandina Beach, FL, Dustin Hood (Jessica) of Arlington, VA, Christopher Hood of Estherville and Patricia Jackson (Stanley) of Fernandina, FL.; his grandchildren, Carter of Fernandina, FL., Paislee Smirniotis of Fernandina, FL., Stanley of Fernandina, FL. and Patrick Jackson of Fernandina, FL.; and his siblings, Wilbert Clayton Jr. (Karen), Marjorie White (Thomas), Wilberta Mack (Wayne), Marie Clayton, Vicki Hood and Kathy Hood. He is also survived by partners, extended family and friends.
