It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mahlon F Libbey of Floyd, Iowa, who passed away on March 7, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Libbey and Agnes Libbey (Pond); his brother William Libbey; and his grandson Shane Schafer. He is survived by: his children, Renee Lewis (Mitchell) of Estherville, Sheila Schafer of Estherville, Mahlon Libbey, Jr. of Kendall, WI and Angela Bartels of Jackson, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Jordan Lewis, Matthew Blundon, Joshua Blundon, Brendon Bartels, Sterling Schafer and Chanse Schafer; and his siblings, Beverly Parker of Viroqua, WI, Gary Libbey of Harbert, MI, Gayle Libbey of Sparta, WI, Bonnie Holm of Alton, MO, Pearl Hedtke (Elmer) of Buchanan, MI and Lewis Libbey (Pattie) of Tomah, WI.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
