He is survived by: his children, Steve Johnson (Bridget) of Des Moines, Denise Poston (Rick) of Des Moines, Pam Bruns (Bruce) of Milford, Lori Nitchals of Des Moines, Patty Boevers (Dick) of Newell and Tom Johnson (Lori) of Estherville; and his niece Diane Mohn (Pete) of Leawood. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
