He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick F. Fitzgerald and Esther C. Fitzgerald (Refsell); his mother-in-law Gladys Mustard; his brother David; his brother-in-law Bruce Mustard; his granddaughters, Cheylynn, Shayla and Shania; and his great grandchild Nova Holloway.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Marie Mustard; his children, Corey, Amy and Douglas; his grandchildren, Kyrsten, Logan Holloway, Michael, Steven Clark, Ryan (Sydnie), Kylan, Marissa, Ella and Mattie Fitzgerald; his great grandchild Bennett Fitzgerald; his siblings, Dennis (Sharon), Jim (Sheryl), Karen, Kay Fitzgerald and Carol Ehmke (Brad); his father-in-law Don Mustard, Sr; and his brothers-in-law, Don Jr Mustard (Lisa) and Kevin Michael. He is also survived by three aunts, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
