She was predeceased by: her daughters, Hope Catherine and Harper Rose; and her grandparents, Jim, Ruthann Lukes and Eldon Tuinstra.

She is survived by: her parents, Dean Tuinstra and Denise Tuinstra (Lukes); her sibling Kortney Winters (Kevin); her nieces and nephews, Kase and Kally; her brother Dylan Tuinstra; her uncle Jeff Lukes (Angie); her cousin Jeff (Laura); her sister Amy; her aunt Laurie Janssen (Lance); her cousins, Allison Janssen and Melissa Janssen (Chris Gras); her close friend Kirstin Welhousen; her godson Nicholas; her niece Adilyn; and her pets, Gigi, Rowan, Leida and Ambrose.

Memorial donations may be made in Hayley's name and given to a Humane Society of your choice.
