With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Long (Estherville, Iowa), born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on September 25, 2018 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd W. Long and Esther M. Long (Plahn); his brothers, Don Long, Russell Long, Earl Long and Jack Long; his stepfather Curtis Nelson; and his stepbrothers, Dennis Nelson, Eugene Nelson and Dean Nelson.
He is survived by: his stepsisters, Susan Coe of Minnetonka and Karen Vacura (Jerry) of Jackson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
