He is survived by: his sister Beth Egel (Don) of Algona, IA; his nephew Michael Egel of Indianola, IA; his niece Sarah Nielsen (Mark) of Grimes; his great-nieces, Erynn Knox (Josh) and Kayla Preuschl of Polk City, IA.; his great-niece Lailey Knox of Polk City, IA.; his daughter Michelle; and also Laylen Knox.
