He is survived by: his wife Leora Baker; his children, Roxann Fjetland of Clear Lake and Tom Helmers (Juanita) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Brandon Fjetland of Clear Lake, Holly Brcka (Kent) of Clear Lake, Blair Fjetland of Clear Lake, Blain Fjetland (Hollie) of Clear Lake, Neil Helmers (Kasie) of Kansas City, MO. and Tim Helmers of Kansas City, MO.; his great grandchildren, Riley, Blake Fjetland, Olivia, Alex, Nick Brcka, Devon, Kyra, Kami, Kali Helmers, Kynasin, Griffin, Keeley, Barrett and Lincoln Helmers; and his nieces and nephews, Deb Johnson, Dennis Helmers (Connie), Michael Helmers (Sharon), Alan Helmers (Charlene), Gary Helmers (Denise), Terry Helmers (Becky), Sandi Henton (David) and Jim Koenecke (Cheryl).
