He is survived by: his mother Beverly Hoffman (Nicola) of Council Bluffs; his wife Nancy Ulmer; his children, Lisa Hansen (Tom Ackerman) of Spirit Lake and Tim Hoffman of Dow City, Iowa; and his siblings, Kate (Bruce Hugo) of Kansas City, Pat (Tim Vaughn) of Omaha, Janice McDunn of Missouri Valley, Dan Hoffman (Jean) of Missouri Valley and Mark Hoffman (Laura) of Magnolia, Iowa. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
