With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlo Scott Ahrens (Estherville, Iowa), who passed away on March 13, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ahrens and Vera Ahrens (Koehler); and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his children, Alicia, Philip Lavin, Ashley Ahrens (Dustin Robertson) and Tyler Ahrens; and his grandchildren, Hali, Blaize Ahrens, Hayden and Riley Robertson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Henry-Olson Funeral Chapel-Estherville (401 N 7th St, Estherville, IA 51334). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (721 18th Ave N, Estherville, IA 51334).
In lieu of flowers, Darlo requested memorial contributions to Friends of Estherville FFA.
