He was predeceased by: his parents, Darwin J. Lewis and Delores Lewis (Jeppeson); his sister Derise Johanson of Schuyler, Nebraska; and his grandparents, Smiley, Annie Lewis of Linn Grove, Joe and Myrtle Jeppeson of Sioux Rapids, Iowa..
He is survived by: his sons, Travis Alan Lewis (Bobbie Wright) of Sheldon and Brian Graham Lewis of Eloy, Arizona; his close friend Becky Ronchetto of Sioux City, Iowa; and his sister Darla (Rick Wilen). He is also survived by three nieces.
