He is survived by: his spouse Susan Rouse; his daughters, Amy Koebke (Ron) and Megan Struthers (John); his grandchildren, Cole, Alyssa, Haley and Justin; his sister Dee Spillman (Gary); his niece Danette Demann (Chris); his nephew David Spillman (Robyn); his great-niece Samantha; and his close friend Susie Jacobson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
