He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Jensen and Mabel Jensen (Tindall); and his brothers, Donald, James and David.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Kasey McCormick (Mike); his grandchildren, Kieran and James; his sisters, Mary Johnston (Ralph), Linda Jensen, Diane Jensen (Barb) and Joan Jensen; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Jensen (Don) of Ringsted and Sue Jensen (Jim) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by one uncle, several nieces and nephews, many cousins and numerous other relatives and friends.
