She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Vicki Garrelts (Mark) and Jeff Schichtl (Sheila) of Estherville; her grandchildren, Justin Garrelts, Spenser Schichtl (Brittany) and Morgan Umthun (Andy); her great grandchildren, Jaxyn, Leah, Luke, Charlotte Schichtl, Emmett and Graham Umthun; and her siblings, Donald Egeland, David Egeland (Jeanne), Mary Ellen Inbody and Carolyn Petersen (Richard).
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Estherville Lutheran Church, Emmet County Relay for Life, or Good Samaritan Society.
