It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty H Gonnerman (Estherville, Iowa), who passed away on March 1, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty H Gonnerman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Muilenberg and Alice Muilenberg (Walters); her husband Orville Gonnerman; her siblings, June Hoff, Violet Anderson, Charles Muilenberg, Glen Muilenberg, Emory Muilenberg and Earl Muilenberg; her grandchildren, Christy Johnson and Raymond Gonnerman; and her great grandchild Jersey Rienhardt.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Gonnerman (Lala) of El Paso, TX, Betty Taylor (Jerry) of Bakersfield, CA, Bonnie Boetel (Bob) of Lake Park, IA and Curtis Gonnerman (Michelle) of Estherville, IA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Henry-Olson Funeral Chapel-Estherville (401 N 7th St, Estherville, IA 51334).
In lieu of flowers, Betty's family requests memorials to the Estherville VFW Auxiliary or your local Humane Society.
