He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Frank (Peck) and John Walton Frank; his siblings, Herbert and Mary Anne Gebhardt; his son-in-law Paul Zuvanich; his grandson Philip Andrew Zuvanich; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanie Frank and Lanise Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his brother Jim Frank (Marjean) of Ankeny, IA; his daughters, Jan Frank (Ois), Beth Crow (David) of Ames, IA, Carol Schuckman (John) of Laramie, WY and Sandra Zuvanich of Sandy Hook, CT; his grandchildren, Elena (Doug Resh), Laura Lerch of Cedar Rapids, IA, Kevin Crow (Paige) of Altoona, IA, Brian Crow (Elisha) of Norwalk, IA, Jarvis Schuckman (Amy) of Portland, OR, Jay Schuckman (Reanna) of Laramie, WY, Tyler Schuckman of Tucson, AZ, Sarah Zuvanich of Nashville, TN and Maggie Zuvanich of Sandy Hook, CT; and his friends, Ginny and John Cooper of Frederick, MD. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, other beloved nieces and nephews.
