He is survived by: his children, Kelli Pendergraft (Matt) of Red Oak, IA, Jessica Turek of Essex, IA, Jacey Turek of Red Oak, IA and Taylor Turek of Stanton, IA; his stepchildren, Chandra Osthoff of Red Oak, IA and Jennifer Whitehill-Hoyt (Doug) of Shenandoah, IA; his grandchildren, Jacob Pendergraft of Red Oak, IA, Mitchell Johnson of Red Oak, IA, Lillian Johnson of Red Oak, IA, Ilana Johnson of Red Oak, IA and Benjamin Pendergraft of Red Oak, IA; his brothers, Milton Turek (Kathryn) of Ord, NE and Jerome Turek of Ord, NE; and also, Merlyn Hale, Trevor Hale and Kimberly Jones.
