She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Forney and Irene Charlotte Forney (McCarty); her husband Gene Duane Brubaker; her son Chris; and her brother Barney Grant.
She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Brubaker of Essex, IA; her sister-in-law Myrna Mackey of Orange City, CA; and her cousins, Dorothy Ann Gilbert of Punta Gorda, FL and Jeff Scharp (Vicki). She is also survived by other cousins; relatives; and friends.
