He is survived by: his mother Linda Koch (Kass) of Dubuque, IA; his wife Kristina Kightlinger; his sons, Mitchell Koch of Madison, WI, Michael Koch of Dubuque, IA and Memphis Koch of Balltown, IA; his former wife Kristina Fudge of Dubuque, IA; and his stepgrandmother Kay Kass. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
