He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo J. and Shirley Gansen Sr. (Jaeger); his parents-in-law, Eugene, Janet Thias and Marvin Miller; and his nephew Justin Thias.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Gansen of Epworth, IA.; his children, Damien Miller (Tanya) of Dubuque, IA., Terry Miller (Andrea) of Waterville, IA., Eric Gansen (Katie) of Farley, IA. and Andrea Brehm (Jaime) of Bernard, IA.; and his brother Garry Gansen (Sue) of Epworth, IA.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
