She is survived by: her husband Henry Lamphere of Epworth, IA; her children, Gary Lamphere of Epworth, Teresa Ostwinkle (Rob) of Cascade, IA and John Lamphere (Donna) of Cascade, IA; her grandchildren, Amy Ostwinkle, Kristy Henry (Jeff), Robert W. Ostwinkle, Deann Kruse (Andy), Olivia Turnis (Alan) and Cody Lamphere (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Madison Henry and Claire Henry; her siblings, Philip Hofer of Luana, James Hofer (Sue) of Huntsville, AL, Susan Hughes (Ted) of Postville, Bonnie Lokenvitz of Mora, MN and Michael Hofer (Lollie) of Omaha, NE; and her sister-in-law Jean Hofer (Velma Hofer) of Luana.
