He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor "Julie" Horsfield; his son David Urbain; and his siblings, Dennis, James, Ed, Lucille Healy and Margaret Siefker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Grace Smith (Charles) of Des Moines, IA and Brenda Alexander (Nigel) of Denver, CO.; his grandchildren, Bill Urbain (Kara), Stefanie Meinhardt (Greg), Bob Urbain (Amber), Kelsey VerHuel (Cody), Jordan Alexander and Mitchell Urbain; and his great grandchildren, Nolan Urbain, Samantha, Catherine Meinhardt, Mary Claire, Ellie and Lane Urbain.
Family and friends are welcome to attend, keeping in mind the social distancing etiquette.
