He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Zeigler and Lucille Zeigler (Hersom); his wife Nancy Ring; his brother Arthur; his sister-in-law Shirley Zeigler; his sister Luetta; and his brothers-in-law, Melvin Reese and Jim Ring.
He is survived by: his children, William Zeigler, Jr. (Chris) of Prior Lake, Barbara Zeigler of Fairmont, Robert Zeigler (Carrie) of Mt. Zion and Brandon Zeigler of Iowa City, Iowa; his grandchildren, Zach Zeigler, Cody Zeigler, Joseph Kesterson, Jennifer Kesterson, Madison House and P. J. House; and his siblings-in-law, Rick Ring (Barb), Janice Ring and Mandy Ring. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
