He was predeceased by: his parents, Milan Valley and Alma Valley (Moellerman); and his brother Dean Valley. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Schlinz; his children, Deborah Small (Mark) of Pleasant Hill, Gayle Becker (Jeff) of Clear Lake and Steven Valley of Lone Rock, Iowa; his grandchildren, Kayla, Jake, Ryan and Kyle; and his sister Velma Barnes. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
