She is survived by: her spouse Italian; her daughter Laura (David VanHeuvelen); her grandchildren, Senior Airman Christopher VanHeuvelen of Spokane and Hannah (Sergeant Clayton McGuire); her great grandchild Xavier of Primghar; and her grandchildren, Taylor VanHeuvelen, Joshua VanHeuvelen and Audrianna Elizabeth Joy VanHeuvelen.
