He was predeceased by: his parents, Wladyslaw "Wady" Kapustynski and Maria Kapustynski (Surster); and his sister-in-law Jackie Kapustynski. He is survived by: his brother Paul Kapustynski of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his nephews, Kyle and Trevor; and his niece Heather.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Martin-Mattice Funeral Home (704 Grand Ave, Emmetsburg, IA 50536). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (2003 Broadway St, Emmetsburg, IA 50536).
