It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pearl Whitmore of Emmetsburg, Iowa, born in Storm Lake, Iowa, who passed away on October 18, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frerichs and Wilhelmina Frerichs (Lange); her husband Cliff Whitmore; her children, Richard Whitmore and Dona Sanne; and her siblings, Ernest, Fern, Blanche and Nonie.
She is survived by: her former husband Clifford Whitmore; her son Roger Whitmore of Colorado Springs, CO; her children-in-law, Tom Sanne of Houston, TX and Carol Whitmore Brenza of LaJolla, CA; her grandchildren, Jeremy Whitmore of San Antonio, TX, Jeff Whitmore of San Diego, CA, Kelly Heaney (Whitmore) of Phoenix, AZ and Scott Sanne of Houston, TX; and her close friend Jane Whitmore of Emmetsburg. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren.
